Salon Cancellation & Prepayment Policy
At Salon Elements, we value both our clients’ time and our own. To provide the best service
possible and to respect all of our guests, we have the following policies in place:
Card On File Requirement
A valid credit or debit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking. This card will only be
charged in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, and prepayment policies listed below.
Standard Cancellation & No-Show or Last Minute Cancellations
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged
50% of the scheduled service price.
Repeated No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations
If you no-show or cancel/reschedule late three (3) times, you will be required to prepay in full for all
future appointments. Prepaid appointments are non-refundable.
Why This Policy Exists
When an appointment is reserved, that time is set aside exclusively for you and prevents us from
booking other clients. Repeated missed appointments directly impact our business, our livelihood, and
our ability to serve other guests who are waiting for available appointments.
